IOP licensing for practices and new programs

Starting an IOP? We get the state license done, with policies, staffing plans and inspection prep handled. You get one team from the first feasibility check to the state visit.

What counts as an IOP?

An intensive outpatient program is structured treatment several hours a day, a few days a week, while clients live at home. Every state licenses this level of care in its own way, so each project starts with a requirements review for your state.

What we handle for your IOP

How the project runs

  1. Feasibility. We check the state's rules, your site and your staffing against the level of care you want.
  2. Build the application. Policies, staffing plan, floor plan notes and every required form.
  3. Inspection and license. We prepare your team for the state visit and respond to findings.

What it costs

Outpatient and IOP licenses are priced per license and scoped by state. Most projects start with a feasibility and roadmap, credited toward the licensing project. See Groundwork pricing.
